These Terms govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”), including pages, content, downloads, and contact forms. We currently do not sell directly to consumers on this Site. Purchases of our titles/products made via retailers or platforms (e.g., Amazon, IngramSpark, Shopify partners, Etsy, etc.) are governed by those sellers’ terms; see our Distribution and Returns pages for details.
By visiting, browsing, submitting a form, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We do not process consumer purchases here. If you bought a title/product via a retailer or platform, your contract of sale is with that seller, and their returns/refunds policies apply. If in future we process direct consumer sales on this Site, those sales will be subject to additional General Conditions of Sale displayed at checkout (pricing, VAT, delivery, withdrawal/returns, payment methods, identity/fraud checks, and age-restricted items where applicable).
